Q: Am I able to order something different than what is on the website?

A: YES! We do have a large selection of fabrics and trims to choose from so we can design something to fit most orders.

Please email us using the Contact Us page and we try our best to design what you would like.

We love to create products that are specific to your child's interests. If they are like mine their interests change quickly.

Q: What is the last date to place an order for Christmas delivery?

Since we have to get Santa's order ready too, we request that all orders be in by December 9th. Shipping is not guaranteed for Christmas delivery after this date.
Can my purchased items be sent to a gift recipients address?

A: We are able to send items to more than one address but their will be extra shipping charges that will be determined before you finalize your payment.

Q: Is gift wrapping available?

A: We will be more than happy to wrap your items or enclose them in a gift bag for an additional charge depending on the size of the items.

Q: Are gift certificates available?

A: Gift certificates are available in any denomination.

Q: Can you notify me when new products are added to the website?

A: Yes we can. Click the contact us form and type in new products in the subject line and we will send an email when new items are added. All information will be kept confidential and not sold to spammers.

Q: Do you have a newsletter?

A: In the future I would love to share ideas from the Hope Chest and keep you updated on what is happening in our Work shop. If you would like to be on the newletter list send us an email using the Contact Us form and type newsletter in the subject line. Hmmm... what should I call it?

Q: What shipping service do you use and what is the cost?

A: We use the US Post office. The cost is determined by the shipping weight. You will be able to see the shipping charge at checkout before you finalize your payment. (Of course that is once I get the Pay Pal links set up.)If you prefer a different carrier please email me and we can adjust the shipping fees.

A.The only company that we are affiliated with is For The Hope Chest. We love all

of the companies that have products on our site and we encourage you to visit their

websites and stores. Our site is here to add to all the wonderful products that they

already have available, and at a reasonable price.
